USA-made options are tricky to find at the moment, but what I have found is listed below.

They are made from Polyester/Spandex micro mesh fabric that is produced at a certified BlueSign and OEKO-TEX Approved fabric mill. They are sold in pairs and are ideal for golf, driving, gardening, walking and other outdoor activities.

éclipse’s sun sleeves are available in 3 sizes for a custom, comfortable, barely-there fit. You can cover the hands or roll them up to the wrist. The activated particles in the Cocona™/37.5™ fabric used increases the surface area by up to 800%, resulting in outstanding evaporative cooling and UV protection.

Unlike the other companies on this list, Skin Guards specialize in arm sleeves. They block 97% of harmful UV rays, can get wet without any issues and are proudly Made in the USA. They state that many of their customers wear them outdoors for sun protection while gardening. Skin Guards also provide mild compression that can help improve circulation.
Voler
Voler sun sleeves are aimed at the cycling community (but they could be used for other activities) and are made from ultralight Spectrum fabric with UPF 50+ protection, meaning you don’t need to worry about applying sunscreen. They have been made in California since 1997.
