For over a decade, Shark Tank has provided a platform for innovative entrepreneurs to showcase their products and secure investments from some of the most successful business minds in the world. Many of these companies have gone on to achieve great success, and some have done so while proudly manufacturing their products in the USA.
I personally absolutely love Shark Tank (I think I might have seen every single episode!) and below are some of the USA-made products that have been featured on the show. I was able to find videos of the pitches for most of them, just in case you want to watch them for yourself (highly recommended).
1) Kettle Gryp
Kettle Gryp is a cool little fitness tool that turns standard dumbbells into kettlebells, making workouts more versatile and accessible. The company featured on Shark Tank in Season 13, and founders Daniel Sheppard and Andy Thomas secured a deal with Lori Greiner. On their website they state that Kettle Gryp is “100% Made in U.S.A.” and the product is a great option for home gym enthusiasts looking for affordable and space-saving equipment.
2) PRx Performance
PRx Performance revolutionized home fitness with its wall-mounted, foldable squat racks and storage solutions. The company featured in Season 7, and caught the attention of Kevin O’Leary, who saw the potential in their high-quality, American-made products. PRx Performance continues to manufacture many of its products in the USA, and has done over $200 million in lifetime sales.
3) FitFighter
FitFighter, founded by Sarah Apgar (what an amazing woman!), offers unique strength training equipment that is crafted from repurposed fire hoses. The company gained recognition in Season 12 and secured a deal with Daniel Lubetzky. Their products are made in the USA and used by fitness enthusiasts, first responders, and military personnel alike.
4) HairFin
HairFin is a unique hair-cutting tool that helps users cut hair to an exact length at home. The company was featured on season 13 of Shark Tank and founder Tony Litwinowicz managed to secure an investment from Daymond John. The company is still in business today and makes the product in Derby, Connecticut. If you want to save some $$ by cutting your own hair this product can help!
5) FryAway
FryAway offers a simple yet effective way to dispose of used cooking oil with a plant-based powder that solidifies oil for easy disposal. It appeared in Season 14 and won over Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner with its eco-friendly and innovative solution. The product is made in the USA and is perfect for home cooks looking for a cleaner and more sustainable way to handle used oil.
6) Wad-Free
Sick of your bed sheets tangling in the dryer? Wad-Free is the solution. This simple but effective invention keeps sheets from balling up, improving drying times and saving energy. Founder Cyndi Bray presented the product on Season 13 and secured a deal with Kevin O’Leary. It’s proudly 100% made in the USA.
7) Lollaland
Lollaland specializes in innovative, safe, and aesthetically pleasing baby products, including the Lollacup, a spill-proof training cup for toddlers. The company appeared in Season 3, securing a deal with Mark Cuban and Robert Herjavec. They continue to manufacture in the USA, ensuring high safety standards and quality craftsmanship for parents who want the best for their children.
8) Blueland
Blueland’s mission is to eliminate single-use plastic waste with its eco-friendly cleaning tablets and refillable bottles. They were featured in Season 11, and impressed Kevin O’Leary, who invested in their vision. Blueland’s cleaning products are all manufactured in the USA, but please be aware that the “Forever Bottles” that they sell are not.
9) Grinds
Grinds makes coffee pouches as a tobacco-free alternative to chewing tobacco. They pitched in Season 4 and made a deal with Robert Herjavec and Daymond John. In 2019, the company spent $6.7 million to open a new production, fulfillment, and distribution center in Westfield, Indiana. Their products have become especially popular among athletes and truckers.
10) Freaker USA
One of the quirkiest and most fun companies to appear on Shark Tank that I can remember, Freaker USA makes stretchy beverage insulators that fit almost any bottle or can. Founder Zach Crain appeared in Season 4 with LOTS of energy, though he didn’t land a deal. Freaker USA continues to operate out of Wilmington, North Carolina, and all products are made in the USA.
