A pair of quality work gloves are an absolute must if you have outside space to maintain. ‘Made in USA’ options are not as plentiful as we would all like, but they exist. I put together a list of some of the better options that I found during my own search.
Womanswork
Despite the name, Womanswork makes several different types of gardening gloves for both men and women. They are made with domestic top grain pigskin that has been brushed to a soft suede finish for comfort and flexibility. They’re thorn proof and will stand up to the most abrasive work. Not all of their gloves are USA-made, so be careful.
Golden Stag Gloves
Golden Stag Gloves offer a few different models for men and women, made from soft and supple cowhide leather that provides a comfortable fit and superior feel. Again, not all of their gloves are USA-made, so please read the product descriptions.
LogOX
LogOX genuine leather gloves are actually made for woodsmen, but they’re perfect as garden gloves too. Everything the company makes is made in the USA. They also feature a breathable polyester and spandex backing that ensures a comfortable fit and overall dexterity.
