I’m not sure I could survive without coffee. My wife says I depend on it more than her. Joking aside, there are millions of us who drink coffee every day, but what many folks don’t realize is that there are coffee-related products made right here in the USA. I spent some time researching and putting together a list of everything I could find, and it’s all below.
Coffee Makers

Big Joe
Big Joe is a company specializing in extra-large pour-over coffee makers, designed to cater to both individual enthusiasts and commercial users. Their flagship product, the Big Joe Extra-Large Pour Over Coffee Maker, is notable for its capacity to brew up to 75 ounces of coffee directly into various containers, such as mugs, pots, carafes, or growlers. It is made from BPA-free, food-grade materials and is proudly made in the USA. The filters for it are listed as being Made in USA too!

AeroPress
AeroPress was founded by inventor Alan Adler in 2004 and revolutionized coffee brewing with the introduction of the AeroPress coffee maker. Adler developed the AeroPress to address his dissatisfaction with existing brewing methods, aiming to reduce acidity and bitterness in coffee.
The company is headquartered in Palo Alto, California, and its manufacturing has historically been based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have an AeroPress coffee maker myself and one of the reasons I love it so much is that it’s USA-made. However, I recently noticed that the company has removed the “Made in USA” label from many of coffee makers they offer, and suspiciously don’t mention where they are made. The AeroPress Go is still Made in USA according to the company’s FAQ page.
The filters and some accessories, including the Flow Control Filter Cap (I just bought this), they offer are labelled as “Made in USA”.

Takeya
Takeya USA was created by a Japanese innovator and California entrepreneur and makes products that merge their quality heritage with the style and ethos of the Golden State. Many of their products are made in China, but they do offer a Cold Brew Coffee Maker that is USA-made. It is available in 1-quart and 2-quart sizes, and is made from BPA-free Tritan plastic. It features an airtight lid and a fine-mesh coffee filter, allowing users to create smooth, flavorful cold brew coffee at home.

Toddy
The Toddy® Home Cold Brew System is a non-electrical coffee maker that produces a smooth, rich liquid concentrate used to make unparalleled cold brew at home. By allowing time to replace heat, Toddy’s deceptively simple cold water filtration process extracts the coffee bean’s true delicious flavor, leaving behind much of the undesirable bitterness.
Coffee Grinders

Red Rooster Trading Company
Red Rooster Trading Company was founded in 2010 and is a small business that specializes in handcrafted kitchen goods and furniture. Based in Baring, Missouri, the company is best known for its Camano Coffee Mill, which combines old-world charm with modern functionality. If you read their story it was definitely a journey they went on to be able to make this product in the USA. Not all of the products on their site are made in the USA, but many of them are.
Coffee Filters & Accessories

CoffeeSock
CoffeeSock was started in 2011 by Robert and Corina Guillory, and emerged from a moment of necessity when the couple ran out of traditional coffee filters and crafted their own reusable alternative. This innovation led to the creation of a sustainable product line centered around organic cotton coffee filters. Based in Austin, Texas, CoffeeSock designs and handcrafts all its products locally. The company is committed to maintaining U.S. manufacturing, ensuring that all filters are sewn and packaged by employees earning fair wages. It should be mentioned that while some of the organic cotton used is sourced from Texas, they do also source some of their cotton from India and Pakistan. All cotton used is GOTS certified, adhering to strict environmental and labor standards.
CoffeeSock filters are compatible with popular brewing methods, including Chemex, Hario, AeroPress, and standard drip machines.

Chemex
Chemex was founded in 1941 by chemist Dr. Peter Schlumbohm, and is renowned for its iconic pour-over glass coffeemaker. Dr. Schlumbohm’s design was inspired by laboratory glassware and Bauhaus design principles, and while the coffee makers themselves are not produced in the USA, the filter papers are listed as being “manufactured in the USA from North American materials only.”

Able Brewing
Able Brewing is a company dedicated to creating coffee brewing equipment designed for use with different coffee brewing methods. Not all of their products are made in the USA, but they do offer a couple that are. Their Disk Coffee Filter is a reusable stainless steel filter designed for use with AeroPress® coffee makers and their Insulating Heat Lid for Chemex® keeps your coffee warm longer. I can’t find a way to link to both of these products on their website at the same time, so I’m linking to one on their website, and the other on Amazon.

Tupkee
Tupkee is a company offers a range of coffee accessories, some of which are USA-made. This includes various sizes of basket-style coffee filters made from heavy-weight special grade paper, a curved coffee pot cleaning brush, and descaling solutions to clean coffee machines.

GoldTone
GoldTone was established in 1991 as a division of Manufacturers Components, Inc. and specializes in reusable coffee filters that reduce waste associated with disposable filters. These filters are crafted from surgical-grade stainless steel mesh, ensuring durability and improved coffee flavor by allowing essential oils to pass through while filtering out impurities. Not every model states “Made in USA” on the sales page on their own website, but on their Amazon pages, virtually every listing does.

Drymate
Drymate is a brand under RPM, Inc., and has been manufacturing surface protection products since 1981. They make the Drymate Coffee Maker Mat, which measures 12 inches by 20 inches and features an absorbent polyester fabric that can contain up to four times its weight in liquids, effectively managing spills and coffee grounds. Its waterproof, slip-resistant backing prevents moisture from seeping through and keeps the mat securely in place. It’s the perfect product to put under your coffee machine, protecting countertops and also adding a decorative touch.

Brew Rite
Brew Rite seems to be a brand under Rockline Industries, which is one of the largest manufacturers of coffee filters in North America. The company operates several manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, New Jersey, and Arkansas in the United States, as well as in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, and China. The Brew Rite coffee filters I have seen have all been listed as “Made in USA” but please make sure you read descriptions given that the company operates manufacturing facilities overseas.
