Over the past few months I’ve frequently heard the topic of products being “100% USA-made” come up. That means all raw materials, labor and all processes that need to be carried out either come from or take place on US soil. While I’m perhaps not as strict personally with the companies that I believe are worth getting behind (I’ll explain why in an upcoming post), I respect anyone that does have this requirement when buying USA-made. For that reason I’ve started this page, which is where I’m making a list of all of the brands that I have found that state that their products are 100% USA-made.
Wobble Wedge
Wobble Wedge was established in 1985 by Robert and Donna Bellows, and makes innovative, interlocking plastic shims designed to stabilize and level various items. The idea came from living in a 115-year-old Victorian home that had real character, but floors that sloped so badly in all directions that all of their furniture wobbled, tilted or leaned precariously. Wobble Wedges feature a patented interlocking ridge system that prevents slipping and allows for secure stacking, accommodating a wide range of leveling needs. They are 100% Made in USA, including tooling, production, and plastic resin production.
LeafTek DIY Gutter Guards
LeafTek DIY Gutter Guards offers premium aluminum gutter protection systems designed for easy self-installation. Their products are 100% Made in the USA and feature a unique raised vent ridge design that promotes airflow, helping to dry out standing leaves and debris, thereby preventing clogs and discouraging pest breeding. They are available in various sizes and colors, and are made from heavy-duty .019 aluminum.
FORMUFIT
FORMUFIT makes high-quality, furniture-grade PVC fittings, pipes, and accessories designed for structural applications. Their product line includes specialty fittings such as 3-Way PVC Corners, 4-Way PVC Tees, and 5-Way PVC Crosses, which are not typically available in standard hardware stores. These fittings feature glossy, smooth surfaces without manufacturer markings, tapered ends, and longer sockets for enhanced structural integrity. FORMUFIT products are 100% Made in the USA.
GRIZZLY Cookware
GRIZZLY Cookware is a veteran-owned, female-led, small business based in Charlotte, North Carolina that designs and manufactures innovative cast iron cookware – the only nickel coated cast iron cookware in market today. They claim that this makes them more rust-resistant and easier to maintain than traditional cast iron. Their products are 100% Made in the USA.
Appalachian Cast Iron Co.
Appalachian Cast Iron Co. was started by a family of patriots with a rather strong interest in antique waffle irons. After many years of preparing waffles for their children and guests using these antique waffle irons, the idea for Appalachian Cast Iron started to become a reality. They state on their website that “Every part of our waffle maker, and all of our cookware, is 100% made in the USA, of US origin materials.” They make skillets too.
Rada Cutlery
Rada Cutlery is an American company that is well-known for producing affordable, high-quality kitchen utensils and knives. They are based in Waverly, Iowa, and manufacture their products entirely in the USA.
EZ-DUZ-IT
EZ-DUZ-IT was founded in 1962 by John J. Steuby, the owner of the John J. Steuby Company based in Hazelwood, Missouri. The company is known for producing high-quality, American-made can openers, which are crafted entirely in the USA from locally sourced materials. The EZ-DUZ-IT can opener is famed for its smooth, gear-driven operation and durable construction, featuring heavy-gauge steel handles and a carbon steel cutter. This simple, no-frills tool has been a household staple for decades, known for its reliability and longevity.
HF Coors
HF Coors was founded in 1925 and is now based in Tucson, Arizona, specializing in 100% American-made, lead-free, and highly durable ceramic dinnerware. The company is known for producing restaurant-grade, chip-resistant dinnerware, including plates, bowls, and mugs that are microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe.
Liberty Tabletop
Liberty Tabletop is best known as being one of the only flatware manufacturers in the United States, but they also offer a line of dinnerware. Their dinnerware is made from vitrified ceramic, is 100% Made in the USA, is extremely durable and chip resistant, and is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe.
Freedom Fatigues
Freedom Fatigues was founded by husband-and-wife duo Ryan and Elle Goff and is a veteran-owned apparel company based in Detroit, Michigan. With a strong commitment to patriotism, the company produces 100% American-made clothing. Their t-shirts are manufactured using high-quality, locally sourced materials and are cut, sewn, and printed in the USA. Freedom Fatigues also supports causes related to PTSD and veteran suicide prevention through their apparel sales.
FORLOH
FORLOH is a little bit different to other entries on this list in that it’s not a company dedicated to manufacturing kitchen knives. They’re actually one of the leading brands for 100% American-made high-performance outdoor gear, including hunting apparel and knives. But they do also offer a few kitchen knives, so they make it onto this list.
The boning knife, chef knife and paring knife that they sell are all designed by FORLOH’s founder, Andy Techmanski, and then they’re made in Texas by Weige Knives. The other knife that they offer – the Avalon Fillet Knife – has a different design and doesn’t state specifically who manufactures it (possibly FORLOH themselves). All 4 of these knives are 100% made in USA.
Boldfoot
Boldfoot was started with a mission to create high-quality, stylish socks that are 100% American-made. And that’s exactly what they achieved. They are known for their vibrant, bold designs, including patterns like stripes, argyle, and digital camo. Their socks are crafted from premium materials like U.S.-grown cotton and feature reinforced heels and toes for durability. A unique aspect of Boldfoot is their commitment to giving back, donating 5% of profits to U.S. veterans in need.
Wies Made
Wies Made is based in Petaluma, California, and is a boutique denim and knitwear brand founded by Nic Wiessler, a third-generation Bay Area local. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Nic launched Wies Made with a vision to create premium apparel that is entirely farmed, milled, and sewn in the USA. Their beanies, like the 100% Wool Cable Knit Beanie, are made on vintage knitting machines and are crafted from wool that is spun, dyed, and finished on their family farm in Nebraska.
Origin
Origin USA was founded in 2011 by Pete Roberts in Farmington, Maine, with the mission to bring back American manufacturing. Origin is known for its commitment to making all of its products—from concept to completion—entirely in the United States. They source all their materials domestically and manufacture everything at their factories in Maine and North Carolina.
Warm Soles
Warm Soles is based in Bellows Falls, Vermont, and offers handcrafted shearling slippers and warm hats. The company used to be known as Shepard’s Flock, but changed its name and is now under new management. Their products are made to order using 100% shearling suede, focusing on comfort and warmth.
Farm to Feet
Farm to Feet was founded with the mission to create 100% American-made socks. Launched by Nester Hosiery in Mount Airy, North Carolina, the company prides itself on using U.S.-sourced materials, U.S. manufacturing, and U.S. labor. Farm to Feet specializes in performance-oriented socks designed for outdoor activities, such as hiking, snow sports, and hunting.
The American sourced merino wool is grown by American Sheep Industry ranchers. After shearing, it is processed into clean wool top by Chargeurs Wool in Jamestown SC. From there, the wool is spun into yarn by spinners like Kent Wool in Pickens, SC and National Spinning in Burlington, NC. After spinning, the yarn arrives at our sustainability-focused manufacturing facility in Mt. Airy, NC and knit into socks.
Ruck Sox
Ruck Sox focuses on creating performance rucking socks, designed specifically for military, first responders, and outdoor enthusiasts. Their socks are knit in North Carolina with 100% American yarns, making them Berry Amendment Compliant, and they are designed with a focus on comfort, blister prevention, and durability during intense physical activities.
IPR Fitness
IPR Fitness was started by Robert Saar in 2015 and is a California-based company that specializes in innovative fitness equipment and workout accessories. Their product line includes items such as the Glute Kickback PRO, Iso Handle PRO, and Hip Thrust X, each designed to enhance specific muscle engagement while ensuring joint safety. The company’s products are manufactured and designed 100% in the United States.
Kettle Gryp
Kettle Gryp was founded in 2016 by Daniel Sheppard and Andrew Thomas, and is a San Diego-based company specializing in innovative fitness equipment. The Kettle Gryp is a portable dumbbell adapter that transforms standard dumbbells into kettlebell-like weights, offering versatility for strength training. The Kettle Gryp is constructed from high-impact ABS plastic, ensuring durability and lightweight portability, and is manufactured entirely in the USA. In 2022, the company gained national attention by securing a deal on the television show “Shark Tank”.
USA Broom
Jim Lewis created USA Broom™ driven by a desire to supply high-quality, Made in USA products. The company focuses on creating durable brooms suited for various needs, including heavy-duty push brooms and bench brooms with crimped, grease-resistant bristles for finer tasks. They use unique features like the Talon Grip, which ensures a secure handle without needing constant tightening, stainless steel components for longevity, and a lacquered hardwood handle that resists wear. They are 100% made in the USA.
U.S. Jack
U.S. Jack manufactures high-quality, 100% USA-made hydraulic jacks and lifting equipment. The company supplies numerous OEM accounts as well as the U.S. military, but they also offer their products to consumers like you through retail partners. Key models include hydraulic bottle jacks and floor jacks, known for their long-lasting stability and capacity to handle heavy-duty lifting applications. In April of 2000, a fire at the original production location came very close to forever eliminating one more manufacturer of American-made products. But, like their products, their team doesn’t quit, and the tenacity of the entire U.S. Jack staff brought it back from the ashes in the most literal sense.
PowerPuff
PowerPuff is an American-made brand that is known for producing durable, multi-purpose scrub sponges designed for household cleaning. Their products, like the “PowerPuff All-Purpose Scrub Sponge,” feature a gear-shaped, non-scratch sponge head paired with a blue scrubber, perfect for tackling stubborn grease and grime while remaining gentle on surfaces like glass and non-stick cookware. The sponges are dishwasher and microwave safe, allowing for easy sanitation. They are advertised as being 100% Made in USA.
Jetz-Scrubz
Jetz-Scrubz was founded with a focus on creating long-lasting, high-quality scrubbers that are 100% made in the USA. They are based in New Jersey, and the company’s manufacturing facility ensures each product is crafted with durability and effectiveness in mind. Their popular kitchen scrubbers, such as the Round Scrubber Sponge, feature a non-abrasive, scratch-resistant design that cleans efficiently without harming surfaces. These sponges are dishwasher-safe and designed to be long-lasting.
Basis Pet
Basis Pet was founded by Paul Tyndall and sells high-quality stainless steel pet bowls that are 100% made in the USA. The company makes its cat food and water bowls with 18/8 stainless steel, free from lead, mercury, and other harmful contaminants. Their bowls are designed with a focus on durability, non-toxic materials, and ease of cleaning, helping prevent common issues like whisker fatigue and chin acne. The company is located in Vermont, but states that they also have some manufacturing taking place in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
Americat Company
Americat Company is based in Pennsylvania and offers stainless steel cat food and water bowls that are 100% Made in USA using US stainless steel. Their bowls are designed specifically to minimize whisker fatigue and prevent tipping.
BuddyRest
BuddyRest was founded in 2010 and the idea behind the company was simple from the very start: to take the science and technology used in mattresses and apply it to dog beds. Gorilla Dog Beds
Gorilla Dog Beds is based in Texas, and specializes in manufacturing durable, chew-proof, and orthopedic dog beds. Their beds are 100% USA-made, manufactured by skilled specialists in Texas, and they only use American materials. The company is also known for its industry-leading lifetime warranties, including a 125-day chew-proof guarantee and a lifetime guarantee on orthopedic mattresses.
American Dog
American Dog has been going since 2014 and designs and manufactures 100% USA-made dog toys and accessories, including dog beds. The company is based in Colorado, and started as part of Stryker By Design, a firm known for its tactical and outdoor gear. Inspired by their dog Gracie, the team transitioned into creating durable dog products using high-quality, military-grade materials.
Allegiance Flag Supply
Allegiance Flag Supply was founded in 2018 by Wes Lyon, Katie Lyon, and Max Berry in Charleston, South Carolina. They had wanted to buy a flag but found there was a real lack of USA-made options and that didn’t sit right with them. Today, Allegiance Flag Supply employs around 60 people at its North Charleston facility, producing nearly 1,000 hand-sewn flags daily.
The company prides itself on using top-tier materials, like first-run 200 denier nylon, which is tough yet lightweight enough to catch a breeze. They’re also sewn by master seamstresses who, over the years, saw their jobs move overseas. Not anymore! Rushmore Rose USA
Rushmore Rose USA was founded in 2016 by Charles Miller with a mission to bring back the production of high-quality American flags to the United States. The company is headquartered in Pennsylvania and all of their flags are 100% made in the USA (including the materials used) by highly skilled American seamstresses & they are certified by the Flag Manufacturers of America (FMAA).
Their flags are made of polyester & nylon material, which are materials that are proven to be lightweight & tough enough to withstand harsh outdoor elements. The company started out selling on Amazon, and due to their success there (they have served more than 30,000 proud patriots over the years) they launched their own web store and expanded operations.
Star Spangled Flags
Star Spangled Flags uses heavyweight 200 nylon denier to make their flags, making them both tough & long-lasting. Two rows of superior lock stitching are applied to the stripes, while 4 rows to the fly end of the flag to prevent unraveling & fraying thus improving its lifespan. The stars are also embroidered in densely filled thread count. The materials, construction, and labor are 100% American.
