Bicycle Corporation of America Factory Tour

The Bicycle Corporation of America (BCA) is an American bicycle manufacturer that was established in 2013 by Arnold Kamler, the Chairman and CEO of Kent International Inc (they’ve been in the bicycle business since 1958).

BCA chose Manning, South Carolina, as the location for its new manufacturing facility and in October 2014 the factory opened with 47 local workers. Over the years, significant investments have been made, including a $4 million automated powder coating operation and an additional $4 million in robotic assembly technology.

Since its inception, BCA has created hundreds of jobs and produced over one million bicycles. The company currently employs 145 workers and has the capacity to produce 20,000 to 25,000 bikes per month.
